I'd sure like to know more about the history of this car. How was it able to retain the "LINES" lettering until such a late date? SP 1975 was originally build as a 60-C-5 chair car. I believe that the chair cars that were converted to all day lunch were renumbered in the 1930s to a much higher series. Does anyone have more information?

The All Day Lunch car is part of the collection at the Niles Canyon Railway. My father helped to restore the interior of the car. I believe it's in regular excursion service.
